Modernization of Poznan Railway Node – (ISPA 2001/Pl/16/P/PT/014)
Poznan Railway Node
is a significant part of the
E20 railway line. It is located in the territory of seven
stations: from Swarzędz station in the East to Poznan-Junikowo
station in the West and covers the area of 20 km. The main
station is Poznan
Glowny, where intersect E20 and E59 railway lines.The later
(the North – South route) links to the international E30
railway line (Dresden–Ukraine).
Role of BPK Poznan – to work out
the design documentation.
The project comprized of:
1) Contract no 1 for building signalling system
in accordance with Conditions of Contract for Plant and
Design-Build for electrical and mechanical plant and for
building and engineering works design by the contractor FIDIC
1999 first edition.
Scope of documentation for contract no 1:
● detailed concept of modernization for the
entire project,
● detailed concept of modernization for
signalling equipment,
● tender dossier comprising of Terms of
Reference and Technical Specification.
2) Contract no 2 covering other works connected with
modernization of Poznan Railway Node in accordance with
Conditions of Contract for Construction for building and
engineering works designed by the Employer FIDIC1999 first
edition i.e:
● modernization of superstructure, substructure,
engineering objects, platforms, level crossings, power supply,
non-railway infrastructure, sanitary and industrial equipment,
environment protection (including drainage) and replacement –
LOT A;
● traction network and power supply – LOT B;
● double-level crossing viaduct in km 292.930 in Swarzędz – LOT
C.
Scope of documentation for contract no 2:
● detailed concept of modernization for LOT A,B,C;
● specification of special conditions of the
order in accordance with the decree of Minister of
Infrastructure of 2 September 2004;
● building and detailed designs.
