The Project Engineer Team acting on behalf of the Employer
executes the following tasks:
- supervision of investment implementation in conformity with FIDIC
conditions of contracts;
- approval of the design documentation according to which the investment
is
to be implemented;
- monitoring of the progress and quality of works;
- execution of settlement of accounts for works on the basis
of contractors' reports;
- assurance of the investment being implemented properly and
in accordance with
the contract;
- active participation in solving all the problems that might arise
during investment
implementation;
- participation in taking over of works;
- supervision and exaction of the
removal of defects after taking over the works as well as
those that might appear
during the defect liability period.
